At Kaisercraft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are protected for transit.

  Ship to Kaisercraft

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our distribution center and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service provider.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
